Purpose and acceptance
This is a personal, non-commercial wedding website for invited guests, family, and friends. By using it, you agree to use the website lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these terms. Access to the public guest experience is free, and no gift or payment is required.
Invitations, RSVPs, and certificates
Provide accurate information and use only your own invitation code, phone number, or email address. A certificate link is a private bearer link; keep it confidential. The owner may correct obvious errors or remove abusive, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions.
Uploads and recordings
- Upload only material you are entitled and permitted to share with the couple.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unrelated content, or content that violates another person's privacy.
- Guest files enter a private owner-controlled archive and are not published automatically. The owner decides what, if anything, appears in the approved gallery.
- Technical and provider limits still apply even when the website does not impose a file-count, extension, or application-level size limit.
Optional gifts
Gifts are entirely optional, with no minimum or maximum set by this website. Payment is handled by external PayPal or UPI applications. This website does not process or store payment credentials and cannot reverse or guarantee an external transaction.
AI, travel, and external services
AI concierge responses and travel, tourism, accommodation, map, and livestream information are provided as practical guidance and may be incomplete or change. Confirm prices, availability, schedules, entry rules, routes, and safety information directly with the relevant official provider before relying on them.
External websites and applications operate under their own terms. A link does not make the wedding website responsible for their content, availability, security, or transactions.
Ownership and permitted use
The website, original written content, source code, visual direction, and MF monogram are owned by A. Mustaq Ahmed unless otherwise stated. Guests may use the website for its intended personal wedding purpose but may not copy, resell, impersonate, disrupt, scrape, or misuse it.
Availability and responsibility
The website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may be changed, paused, or unavailable because of maintenance, internet conditions, quotas, or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
