How to submit a request
Email mustaqahmed.althafhussain@gmail.com with the subject "Wedding platform data deletion request". This is a manual, owner-reviewed process; submitting an email does not claim or trigger instant automated deletion.
- Include the full name used on the wedding website.
- Include the same RSVP or upload phone number or email address so the owner can locate and verify the record.
- Optionally include the invitation code, services used, approximate dates, and relevant filenames or folder names.
- State what you want deleted: RSVP data, certificate records, analytics data, guest uploads or recordings, an approved-gallery copy, delivery records, gift intention, or all identifiable records.
- Do not send passwords, one-time codes, card or bank credentials, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive files.
Identity verification
To protect guests from unauthorized deletion, the owner will verify the request using the same email address or phone number associated with the RSVP or upload. Additional confirmation may be requested when the supplied details do not safely identify the records.
What the owner will review
- Identifiable RSVP, certificate, gift-intention, delivery, and operational records in Supabase/Postgres.
- Identifiable guest uploads, recordings, owner-approved gallery copies, and related records in Google Drive or Google Sheets.
- Identifiable first-party analytics records where the information supplied can be reliably matched without exposing another guest's data.
Completion and limitations
After verification, the owner will acknowledge the request and handle it within the time required by applicable law. A completion response will describe the action taken or explain any information that could not lawfully or safely be removed.
Limited records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or proof that a request was completed. Backups and external-provider logs may expire on their normal schedules. Meta, Google, Vercel, Supabase, PostHog, OpenAI, PayPal, UPI applications, and other external providers may require a separate request under their own privacy procedures.
